Each one is laser cut out on 1/8 acrylic and has a hole at the top. They are 4.5 x 2.75. You can choose the bundle with the sleeve or just the acrylic. DOES NOT include the address paper. You can print that out with a free template online, purchase them on Amazon or just customize with vinyl or UVDTF. They will be shipped with the backing on one or both sides.
